Service Details
Q: Do you service commercial properties, HOAs, or apartment complexes?
A: Absolutely! We work with property managers, HOAs, and businesses. Let’s create a plan that fits your needs.
Q: Do you work in bad weather?
A: We work rain or shine, but in cases of severe or unsafe weather, we’ll notify you about rescheduling.
Q: What happens to the waste?
A: We dispose of it on-site. Please make sure trash facilities are accessible. If not, we’ll leave securely bagged waste in a designated spot.
Q: Do I need to be home during service?
A: Not at all, just make sure we have yard access and prepayment. Dogs must be kept indoors for safety.
Q: What if my dog is outside when you arrive?
A: We love meeting friendly pups! For safety, please secure aggressive or unfriendly dogs. If we can’t safely access your yard, the visit will still be billed in full.
Q: Do you sanitize equipment between visits?
A: Yes, we clean all tools and footwear between homes with vet-approved, kennel-grade disinfectant.
Pet & Property Safety
Q: Do you scoop waste from other animals?
A: We only provide cleanup for dog waste.
Q: What if my yard is overgrown or has a lot of waste?
A: No worries, we’ll assess your yard and provide a custom quote. We’re here to help, not judge!
Q: What if I have a locked gate?
A: If we can’t access the yard due to a locked gate, you’ll still be charged for the visit. Please ensure access on service day.
Q: What if I’m not happy with the service?
A: Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right, no extra charge.
